In Tuesday's league outing, the Pleasant Valley Spartans (Pleasant Valley, IA) basketball squad edged the visiting Assumption Knights (Davenport, IA), by a margin of 53-47.

The Spartans (7-9) will now prepare for their outing against Davenport North (Davenport, IA). The Wildcats go into the Mississippi outing with a 6-8 record.
