Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Rangeview Raiders (Aurora, CO) and the visiting George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO), saw Rangeview's basketball squad trounce George Washington by a count of 66-40.

With the victory, Rangeview upgrades its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Hinkley (Aurora, CO) to play the Thunderbirds in a 5A/4A East Metro challenge on Friday, January 6. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Hinkley won 58-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Castle View (Castle Rock, CO)

Next up, the Patriots play the Highlands Ranch Falcons (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. George Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 58-43 non-league win over Columbine (Littleton, CO).
