The Ramsay Rams basketball team (Birmingham, AL), was nudged 67-65 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA)

The Black Knights now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salem for a non-league battle on Monday, January 1. Central Gwinnett will battle a Seminoles team coming off a 54-36 non-league win over North Springs (Atlanta, GA). The Seminoles record now stands at 10-4.

The Rams (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL). The Aggies come into the non-league battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Sylacauga edged Etowah (Attalla, AL), 65-62, in a non-league battle.
