In Saturday's non-league contest, the Redding Christian Lions (Palo Cedro, CA) volleyball squad edged the host Fall River Bulldogs (McArthur, CA), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Lions battle the Los Molinos Bulldogs (Los Molinos, CA) in a Five Star contest, on Tuesday, September 18. Redding Christian will attempt to better on its 18-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 13-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Redding Christian (Palo Cedro, CA).
