The Horizon Huskies crushed the host Mountain Pointe Pride baseball team by a count of 13-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinnacle for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 10. Horizon will face a Pioneers team coming off a 15-1 non-league win over Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-2.

Next, the Pride face the Alhambra Lions (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 9. Mountain Pointe will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ).
