The Bushland Falcons basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Midland Bulldogs to 34 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Travis for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Bushland will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 62-44 non-league loss to Midland (Midland, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-12.

The Bulldogs (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (El Paso, TX). The Silver Foxes enter the non-league contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Jefferson was defeated by Bushland (Bushland, TX), 54-9, in a non-league contest.
