The Fort Mill Yellowjackets lacrosse team scored 19 points and limited the visiting Wando Warriors to 8 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Saturday.

The Yellowjackets (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

The Warriors now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Flora for a contest on Wednesday, February 28. Wando will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 16-7 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-3.
