Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV), saw Bishop Gorman's basketball squad trounce Galena by a score of 71-29.

With the victory, Bishop Gorman improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Gaels host Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Spartans in a I Sunset - Southwest challenge on Monday, December 17. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Cimarron-Memorial won 78-73 in their recent non-league challenge against Jordan (Sandy, UT)

Next up, the Grizzlies battle the Hug Hawks (Reno, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 15. Galena will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 56-48 non-league win over Mountain View (Mesa, AZ).
