The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) and the visiting Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV), observed Elko's football squad defeat Fernley by a count of 23-8.

The Indians now own a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Churchill County for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 15. Elko will encounter a Greenwave squad coming off a 34-6 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Greenwave record now stands at 10-1.
