Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - St. Joseph holds off Darien

The St. Joseph Cadets edged the visiting Darien Blue Wave ice hockey squad by a tally of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Joseph betters its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT) to confront the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 3. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 18-3. New Canaan won 5-0 in their recent non-league bout against Wilton (Wilton, CT)

The Blue Wave now have a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they host New Fairfield/Immaculate for a non-league bout on Monday, March 8. Darien will confront a Pelicans squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Pelicans record now stands at 8-12.
