Iowa High School Basketball - Indianola fells Southeast Polk
February 13, 2018: Pleasant Hill, IA 50327 Indianola Indians (Indianola, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA), 68-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Indianola upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Indians host Newton (Newton, IA) to play the Cardinals in a Little Hawkeye bout on Monday, February 19. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Newton won 59-57 in their recent non-league bout against A-D-M (Adel, IA)
Next up, the Rams play the Ottumwa Bulldogs (Ottumwa, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Southeast Polk will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-15 record after their 67-43 non-league loss to Waukee (Waukee, IA).
