October 1, 2011: Algoma, WI 54201 The Algoma Wolves (Algoma, WI) volleyball overcame the visiting Denmark Vikings (Denmark, WI), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Algoma upgrades its record to 15-3 on the year. The Wolves travel to Sevastopol (Sturgeon Bay, WI) to face the Pioneers in a Packerland outing on Thursday, October 6. The Pioneers go into the outing with a record of 3-12. Sevastopol lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Fox Valley Lutheran (Appleton, WI)
The Vikings now own a 5-19 record. They play next when they travel to Seymour for a Bay outing on Thursday, October 6. Denmark will face a Thunder squad coming off a 3-0 league win over New London (New London, WI). The Thunder record now stands at 29-10.
