In Thursday's league contest, the Model School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting King's Christian Academy (Callaway, MD), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Freelance contest, on Friday, September 27. Model School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Pallotti (Laurel, MD).
