Texas High School Volleyball - Liberty Christian routed by Calvary Academy
September 1, 2011: Denton, TX 76209 The Calvary Academy Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Liberty Christian Warriors to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Thursday.
The Lions now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trenton for a non-league game on Thursday, September 8.
The Warriors (8-9) will now prepare for their game against Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX). The Vikings enter the TAPPS 5A District 1 game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Nolan Catholic was dropped by Grace Prep (Arlington, TX), 3-2, in a non-league game.
