Utah High School Football - Delta trounces North Sanpete
September 30, 2009: Delta, UT 84624 In Wednesday's league match, the host Delta Rabbits football squad scored a big 42-6 victory over the North Sanpete Hawks.
In their next game, the Rabbits clash with the Richfield Wildcats (Richfield, UT) in a 3A Region 12 match, on Friday, October 9. Delta will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 32-13 league loss to Juab (Nephi, UT).
The Hawks (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Manti (Manti, UT). The Templars enter the 3A Region 12 match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Manti routed Emery (Castle Dale, UT), 21-12, in a league match.
