California High School Softball - Coalinga bounces Tranquillity
March 9, 2018: Coalinga, CA 93210 Coalinga Horned Toads (Coalinga, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Tranquillity Tigers (Tranquillity, CA), 24-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Horned Toads now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mission Oak for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 10. Coalinga will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Tranquillity falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Reedley (Reedley, CA) to battle the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 10. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 6-1. Reedley won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Mission Oak (Tulare, CA)
