Minnesota High School Basketball - New Mexico School for the Deaf winner over Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf
February 10, 2018: Faribault, MN 55021 The New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM) basketball felled the host Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans (Faribault, MN), 53-41 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Roadrunners (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Evangel Christian Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagles go into the A District 1 test with a 10-14 record. In their last test, Evangel Christian Academy thwarted Walatowa Charter (Jemez Pueblo, NM), 58-51, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Math & Science Academy for a non-league test on Monday, February 12. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 70-24 league loss to Christian Life (Farmington, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 1-18.
