The Mid-Buchanan Dragons basketball team scored 87 points and restricted the host Lafayette Fighting Irish to 76 in the Dragons non-league victory on Monday.

The Dragons now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lathrop for a KCI contest on Friday, December 15. Mid-Buchanan will battle a Mules team coming off a 57-48 non-league win over Gallatin (Gallatin, MO). The Mules record now stands at 4-3.

The Fighting Irish (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Howell (St. Charles, MO). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record.
