January 3, 2017: Newtown Square, PA 19073 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Plumstead Christian (Plumsteadville, PA) and the host Delaware County Christian Knights (Newtown Square, PA), saw Plumstead Christian's basketball squad wallop Delaware County Christian by a tally of 72-48.
With the victory, Plumstead Christian improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The travel to Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA) to confront the Lions in a Bicentennial - Constitution challenge on Friday, January 6. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Faith Christian Academy won 66-52 in their recent league challenge against Calvary Christian Academy (Philadelphia, PA)
Next up, the Knights confront the Philadelphia Montgomery Christian Academy Falcons (Erdenheim, PA) in a Bicentennial - Constitution challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Delaware County Christian will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 64-53 league loss to Dock Mennonite (Lansdale, PA).
