North Carolina High School Basketball - Cary Christian knocked off by St. David's
January 31, 2017: Raleigh, NC 27609 The St. David's Warriors basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Cary Christian Knights to 49 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westchester Country Day for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 1. St. David's will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 71-69 league loss to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-12.
The Knights (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against South Wake HomeSchool (Apex, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, South Wake HomeSchool was defeated by Lighthouse Christian HomeSchool (Wake Forest, NC), 61-59, in a league contest.
