South Carolina High School Football - Henry Academy held off by Charleston Collegiate
October 14, 2016: John's Island, SC 29455 In Friday's non-league game, the Charleston Collegiate Sundevils (John's Island, SC) football team tipped the visiting Henry Academy Patriots (Estill, SC), by a score of 28-26.
The Sundevils (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Beaufort Academy (Beaufort, SC). The Eagles come into the SCISA 8-Man I Region I (8 Man) game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Beaufort Academy was tipped by Coastal Christian Prep (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 52-43, in a league game.
The Patriots now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Providence HomeSchool for a non-league game on Friday, October 21. Henry Academy will battle a Panthers team coming off a 26-12 non-league win over Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
