In Friday's league outing, the Jefferson Panthers (Boulder, MT) basketball squad edged the visiting Sweet Grass County Sheepherders (Big Timber, MT), by a margin of 42-40.

The Panthers (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against White Sulphur Springs (White Sulphur Springs, MT). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record.
