The West Lincoln Rebels soccer team (Lincolnton, NC), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC)

With the win, East Burke advances its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host North Wilkes (Hays, NC) to battle the Vikings in a non-league outing on Monday, August 27. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 0-1. North Wilkes lost 5-2 in their recent non-league outing against South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC)
