The Irondale Knights basketball team (New Brighton, MN), was nudged 70-69 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Mounds View Mustangs (Arden Hills, MN)

The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mahtomedi for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 8. Mounds View will battle a Zephyrs team coming off a 53-43 non-league loss to Blaine (Blaine, MN). The Zephyrs record now stands at 0-1.

The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Wayzata (Plymouth, MN). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
