Fans at Friday's league challenge between the North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN) and the host South Spencer Rebels (Rockport, IN), saw North Posey's basketball squad overcome South Spencer by a tally of 63-55.

With the victory, North Posey improves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Southridge (Huntingburg, IN) to confront the Raiders in a Pocket challenge on Saturday, January 19. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Southridge lost 64-52 in their recent league challenge against Heritage Hills (Lincoln City, IN)

Next up, the Rebels confront the Evansville North Huskies (Evansville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 19. South Spencer will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 67-56 non-league loss to Evansville Central (Evansville, IN).
