Minnesota High School Basketball - Spectrum holds off St. Croix Prep
February 2, 2018: Stillwater, MN 55082 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) and the host St. Croix Prep Lions (Stillwater, MN), saw Spectrum's basketball squad hold off St. Croix Prep by a tally of 70-68.
With the victory, Spectrum improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Sting host Heritage Christian Academy (Maple Grove, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Heritage Christian Academy lost 76-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN)
Next up, the Lions confront the Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. St. Croix Prep will attempt to improve on its 16-6 season record. The Stars come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 76-43 non-league win over Heritage Christian Academy (Maple Grove, MN).
