The Northeastern Eagles basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting First Flight Nighthawks to 52 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 22-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hertford County for a non-league contest on Friday, February 19. Northeastern will battle a Bears team coming off a 64-51 non-league win over Bertie (Windsor, NC). The Bears record now stands at 16-7.
