The University Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) basketball nipped the host Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA), 55-54 in Wednesday's league test.

The Wildcats (15-10) will now prepare for their test against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets go into the Western test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, Westchester was tipped by Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA), 53-46, in a league test.
