In Friday's league outing, the Faith Christian Patriots (Rocky Mount, NC) basketball squad edged the host Epiphany (New Bern, NC), by a count of 67-63.

The Patriots (8-8) will now prepare for their outing against Northeast Academy (Lasker, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 1-10 record. In their last outing, Northeast Academy was tipped by Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC), 48-43, in a league outing.

The now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to St. Thomas More Academy for a NCISAA Coastal Independent outing on Tuesday, January 19.
