California High School Baseball - Notre Dame loses to La Salle
March 31, 2011: Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 The La Salle Lancers crushed the host Notre Dame Knights baseball team by a count of 13-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Montgomery for a Del Rey bout on Monday, April 4. La Salle will face a Knights team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA). The Knights record now stands at 4-6.
Next, the Knights face the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (North Hollywood, CA) in a Mission bout, on Tuesday, April 5. Notre Dame will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 8-4 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ).
