Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Canoga Park Hunters (Canoga Park, CA), 65-57 in a league bout.

With the victory, Van Nuys upgrades its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA) to play the Cougars in a Valley Mission bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 13-8. Kennedy lost 45-42 in their recent league bout against Panorama (Panorama City, CA)

Next up, the Hunters play the Panorama Pythons (Panorama City, CA) in a Valley Mission bout, on Monday, January 23. Canoga Park will attempt to upgrade on its 2-19 season record. The Pythons come into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 45-42 league win over Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA).
