Bishop Sullivan Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA), 39-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bishop Sullivan Catholic upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA) to play the Saints in a VISAA Division 2 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Saints come into the bout with a record of 5-13. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy won 49-38 in their recent league bout against Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA)

Next up, the play the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Cape Henry Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record.
