South Carolina High School Basketball - Lugoff-Elgin overwhelmed by Ridge View

February 9, 2016: Columbia, SC 29229

The Ridge View Blazers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Lugoff-Elgin Demons to 33 in the Blazers league victory on Tuesday.

The Blazers now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blythewood for a AAAA Region IV contest on Thursday, February 11. Ridge View will battle a Bengals team coming off a 59-41 league loss to Westwood (Blythewood, SC). The Bengals record now stands at 5-15.

The Demons (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC). The Silver Foxes come into the AAAA Region IV contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, Dutch Fork was routed by Spring Valley (Columbia, SC), 72-28, in a league contest.
