Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Allentown Central Catholic Vikings (Allentown, PA) and the host Easton Rovers (Easton, PA), saw Allentown Central Catholic's basketball squad hold off Easton by a score of 44-39.

With the victory, Allentown Central Catholic improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Liberty (Bethlehem, PA) to play the Hurricanes in a Lehigh Valley challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Liberty won 64-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA)

Next up, the Rovers play the William Allen Canaries (Allentown, PA) in a Lehigh Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Easton will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record.
