September 11, 2015: Dunn, NC 28366 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) and the visiting Lakewood Leopards (Roseboro, NC), observed Midway's football squad tip Lakewood by a margin of 16-14.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) in a Four County 1A/2A match, on Friday, September 25. Midway will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record.
The Leopards (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Red Devils enter the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Red Springs held off Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC), 2-0, in a non-league match.
