Texas High School Basketball - Eisenhower holds off Houston Math Science & Tech
December 3, 2009: Houston, TX 77088 Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Houston Math Science & Tech (Houston, TX), 59-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Eisenhower upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Jones (Houston, TX) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 8. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Jones lost 78-63 in their recent non-league bout against Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX)
Next up, the play the Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 3. Houston Math Science & Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 68-60 non-league loss to Palestine (Palestine, TX).
