The Allen Eagles basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Lake Travis Cavaliers to 53 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McKinney for a 6A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, January 5.

The Cavaliers (18-4) will now prepare for their contest against Regents (Austin, TX). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Regents ran past St. Andrew's (Austin, TX), 50-43, in a non-league contest.
