April 14, 2009: Norcross, GA 30093 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) lacrosse team routed the visiting Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA), by a count of 15-0.
Coming up next, the Spartans confront the Harrison Hoyas (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 17. Greater Atlanta Christian will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Hoyas come into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 13-3 league win over Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA).
The Red Elephants now own a 0-11 record. They take the field next when they host Hillgrove for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 16. Gainesville will confront a Hawks team coming off a 13-3 league loss to Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 7-5.
