The Linn-Mar Lions basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks to 51 in the Lions non-league victory on Monday.

The Lions now sport a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Iowa City for a Mississippi Valley contest on Tuesday, February 13.

The Go-Hawks (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Humboldt (Humboldt, IA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 6-14 record.
