Virginia High School Basketball - Lynchburg HomeSchool ripped by Blue Ridge
February 9, 2017: St. George, VA 22935 The Blue Ridge Barons basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots to 32 in the Barons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Barons now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Blue Ridge will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 45-13 non-league loss to Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-5.
The Patriots (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Bishops enter the non-league contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Virginia Episcopal School triumphed over Carlisle (Martinsville, VA), 50-27, in a league contest.
