Washington High School Basketball - Capital overwhelms Shelton
December 1, 2012: Olympia, WA 98502 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA) and the visiting Shelton High Climbers (Shelton, WA), saw Capital's basketball squad trounce Shelton by a count of 49-25.
With the victory, Capital upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Bremerton (Bremerton, WA) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 5. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the High Climbers play the North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 3. Shelton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 58-20 league loss to North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA).
