Richard Fighting Irish (Ann Arbor, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting St. Mary Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI), 71-66 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Richard upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Fighting Irish host Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills, MI) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Friday, January 9. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
