California High School Basketball - Millikan falls to Lakewood

The Lakewood Lancers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Millikan Rams to 47 in the Lancers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lancers now sport a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jordan for a Moore contest on Friday, February 4. Lakewood will confront a Panthers team coming off a 68-43 league loss to Compton (Compton, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 11-12.

The Rams (9-14) will now prepare for their contest against Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA). The Jackrabbits enter the Moore contest with a 21-0 record. In their last contest, Long Beach Poly ran past Wilson (Long Beach, CA), 65-43, in a league contest.
