Massachusetts High School Basketball - Hill overwhelmed by Phillips Academy
January 4, 2009: Andover, MA 01810 The Phillips Academy Big Blues basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Hill Rams to 38 in the Big Blues non-league victory on Sunday.
The Big Blues now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Choate Rosemary Hall for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 10. Phillips Academy will meet a Wild Boars team coming off a 45-44 non-league win over Northfield Mount Hermon (Northfield, MA). The Wild Boars record now stands at 5-3.
The Rams (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Tabor Academy (Marion, MA). The Seawolves go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Tabor Academy was crushed by Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH), 67-62, in a non-league bout.
