California High School Football - Capuchino felled by San Mateo
October 7, 2016: San Mateo, CA 94401 The Capuchino Mustangs football team (San Bruno, CA), was knocked off 24-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA)
The Bearcats (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carlmont (Belmont, CA). The Scots come into the challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Carlmont knocked off Mills (Millbrae, CA), 42-0, in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 14. Capuchino will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-5.
