Minnesota High School Basketball - Isle knocked off by Upsala

The Upsala Cardinals basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Isle Huskies to 59 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 3-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle for a Prairie contest on Tuesday, February 21. Upsala will meet a Thunder team coming off a 65-57 non-league loss to Staples-Motley (Staples, MN). The Thunder record now stands at 6-18.

The Huskies (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against McGregor (McGregor, MN). The Mercuries enter the non-league contest with a 19-3 record. In their last contest, McGregor ran past Cromwell (Cromwell, MN), 61-54, in a league contest.
