California High School Football - Hanford West held off by Hanford
September 27, 2013: Hanford, CA 93230 Hanford Bullpups (Hanford, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Hanford West Huskies (Hanford, CA), 28-21 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hanford improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bullpups host El Diamante (Visalia, CA) to meet the Miners in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 4. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. El Diamante lost 34-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA)
The Huskies now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lemoore for a challenge on Thursday, October 3. Hanford West will meet a Tigers team coming off a 22-0 league win over Redwood (Visalia, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-0.
