October 13, 2011: Covington, LA 70433 Covington Lions (Covington, LA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting O. Perry Walker Chargers (New Orleans, LA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lions clash with the Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA) in a I District 4 match, on Tuesday, October 18. Covington will attempt to advance on its 12-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 32-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cabrini (New Orleans, LA).
