The Hoquiam Grizzlies crushed the host Eatonville Cruisers baseball team by a tally of 9-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Grizzlies now hold a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montesano for a 1A Evergreen bout on Tuesday, May 1. Hoquiam will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 14-5 league win over Tenino (Tenino, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-1.

Next, the Cruisers face the White River Hornets (Buckley, WA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 30. Eatonville will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 12-5 record after their 11-2 league loss to Fife (Fife, WA).
