Wisconsin High School Basketball - Phillips crushes Ladysmith
February 13, 2018: Phillips, WI 54555 Phillips Loggers (Phillips, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ladysmith Lumberjacks (Ladysmith, WI), 74-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Phillips upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Loggers host Rib Lake (Rib Lake, WI) to clash with the Redmen in a Marawood - North bout on Friday, February 16. The Redmen go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Rib Lake won 80-50 in their recent non-league bout against Newman (Wausau, WI)
Next up, the Lumberjacks clash with the Spooner Rails (Spooner, WI) in a Heart O'North bout, on Thursday, February 15. Ladysmith will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record. The Rails go into the bout with a 3-15 record after their 70-61 league loss to Cumberland (Cumberland, WI).
